On this call, it was suggested that there be an open sharing of Safety Performance Targets (SPIs) / Safety Performance Targets (SPTs) between departments since it is proving a challenge for many to create relevant and measurable safety goals. If you'd like to participate, please comment with your department SPIs below or email your SPI to [email protected] 

• Minimum of [#] Safety Reports per [#] flight hours for year. 
• # Safety Reports per [#] employees per quarter. 
• Increase number of Safety Reports by [%] from the previous year.
• Decrease number of Safety Reports regarding [X] by [%] from the previous year.
